How Richie Plantations Limited collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Richie Plantations Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through richieplantations.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Off-take enquiry form: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, enquiry type, estimated volume and any details you add.
- Contact form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, topic and your message.
- Careers form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, area of interest, your message and the CV you upload.
Like most websites, our server may also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange off-take contracts, seedling orders, partnerships or farm visits.
- To consider you for current or future roles if you send us your CV.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored securely in our website’s administration area and are sent by email to our company inbox. Only authorised Richie Plantations staff and our website administrator can access them.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. CVs are kept on file for up to 12 months for future roles, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.
5. Sharing your information
We only share your information with service providers who help us run this website and our email, and only as needed for that purpose, or where the law requires us to.
6. Embedded content
Our contact page shows a Google Map and our gallery links to a YouTube video. These services may collect data about your visit under their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
